Honey in Summer 2008 Honey - Summer 2008 The Marshall's Honey $400 Chestnut snowflake Reg. Appaloosa mare ~ Open Born May 1st, 1993  Stands about 15.1 hh http://www.allbreedpedigree.com/the+marshalls+honey Sire is The Marshall Grand Sire is Mighty Marshall Grand dam is Dial Right Time Dam is Pixie Diver   Honey is trained under saddle though she will need a refresher course since she has spent the past years being a broodmare. She is a smooth rider, responsive to leg commands and kissy noises. Honey does not like being tied alone and will pull back. She has done this since the farm purchased her in 2001. She can be tied with another horse next to her.   Honeys withers seem to be sensitive due to an old injury so they mount her using a mounting block. Which we should all use anyway, just my opinion :) She doesn't like to be rushed so an easy, placid saddling process is best. Otherwise she tends to pass out.  Honey really is a sweet girl with a lot of personality. She needs a loving, understanding home. She does seem to prefer women over men.  Honey is a great mother and raises fine foals.

Sonrisa - Summer 2008 Sonrisa (Spanish for smile) $300  1999 grade Appaloosa mare (5-28-1999) Stands about 14.3 hh Sire is Margarita's Cowboy (AQHA) Dam is Star (grade Appaloosa) ~ open mare   Sonrisa was shown as a yearling in open and 4H shows where she was very competitive. She was started under saddle as a two year old then settled into being a broodmare for the past years. She is a very sweet mare that will give kisses if you ask and make a kissy sound.   ** 4-22-07 - Sonrisa gave birth to a lovely sorrel filly with some white on her face. Mother and baby are doing great.    ** Aug 2007 - Bud Light, Sonrisa's filly is now weaned & they are both adjusting great. Sonrisa is now working on getting her figure back :)

Appaloosa mare Stands about 15.1 hh Sire is Royal Revenue Bar Dam is CH Bar Bay Doll ~ Open mare   This is an awesome mare. She is only being sold due to the need to reduce the size of the herd. She is an excellent mother and has great foals. She was shown at halter and won. Then she was started as a two yr old but has been a mother since then. She is very sweet and  friendly girl. She would make a great broodmare addition to your herd. Or you could give her a refresher saddle course and make her your next trail mount.

Rodayo N Filly - Summer 2008 Skips Rodayo Bud AND filly $800 ApHC registered mare Born April 16, 2003    Rodayo is a beautiful bay mare and has a gorgeous bay filly at her side. The filly is ApHC registrable. The papers will be sent to the buyer to register the girl. If you will look you can see where she is getting her spots on her tush. She already has distinct white spots showing her Appaloosa heritage.

Honey Bud $400 ApHC Appaloosa mare Born April 20, 2007  Dam is The Marshalls Honey Sire is FM's Mooner   This is a very pretty yearling mare. She is sorrel with white spots over her back and butt. She also has a lovely blaze face. I will check on her breeding but I think she is out of Marshalls Honey.

Bud Light  $350 grade Appaloosa mare Born April 22, 2007 Dam is Sonrisa Sire is FM's Mooner      This is another very nice yearling mare. She is sorrel with a darker mane and a white R hind sock. She is a really well built young mare that uses her whole body well.

Azalea  $450 ApHC Appaloosa mare Born 2006    Azalea is beautiful young sorrel mare. She has a very refined head with a soft eye.  Her neck is lovely and well set in her shoulder. Azalea has well sprung ribs, smooth topline and such a sweet tush. She is a beautifully  built young mare. She also has a long mane and a full tail.

Skips Icy Spots  $300 ApHC Appaloosa mare Born May 2, 2004    Icy is beautifully marked mare. She has a blanket with dark spots in addition to her snowflake spots over her hips and back. She may roan out but the dark spots will stay. Her mane and tail look to be creamy white. Then you have to admire the marking on Icy's face. *Sold - Heidi in OK

Summer 2008 Summer 2008 Beerthirty $600  stable name Kendall ApHC stud #590966 Pedigree Born Feb 23, 2000 Stands about 15.1 hh   Kendall has some wonderful bloodlines going back to Prince Plaudit and Mighty Sheik on the topside. He has Mighty Bright and Leo (AQHA) on the bottom side.   He was shown in halter as a yearling and placed. He has not had saddle training. He is a calm boy and should take to it nicely.  Summer 2008

IMA Jose Pueblo $900 ApHC gelding Born May 7, 2003   Jose is a happy boy. He is trained under saddle for trail or pleasure riding. He is always eager to go on rides. He does stop and look at new things on the trail but he is calm and cool when he walks on by them.
